We offer two return options in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase:

  1. Quality Issues: If you find any defects in quality or workmanship.
  2. Personal Reasons: If the product does not meet your expectations in terms of quality, color or size.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. We initiate refunds, replacements or exchanges for products in their original condition, unused and unopened.

Please note that online purchases are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. Follow these simple steps for a smooth return or exchange process:

Return Policy A - Quality Issues: If you find any quality issues with your product, you can return it. The buyer will bear the return shipping costs. Alternatively, you can keep the item and negotiate a refund amount with us.

Return Policy B - Personal Reasons: If you change your mind or are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons, you will be responsible for both the shipping costs incurred by us and the return shipping costs.

Step 1: Within 3 days of receiving the product, email us at service@lovesvibe.com with your order details and return reason. Include your order number, details of the problem (photos required for faulty products), and product specifications.

Step 2: Once we agree on the return, replacement, refund or exchange, please ensure the product is in its original condition for resale. Damaged items caused by the buyer will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for any damage or loss during return transit.

Step 3: Before returning the product, please confirm the return address and shipping method with us. Provide us with the tracking number for efficient processing.

Step 4: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned products. Refunds, exchanges or replacements will be processed accordingly. Please allow 3-20 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before it ships. After shipment, cancellations will be handled according to Return Policy B.

Please note:

  • Color variation and measurement error: Minor differences in color may occur due to factors such as monitor settings or lighting conditions. In addition, manual measurements may result in a slight error range of 2-3 cm.
